Email Signatures in Sparkforge: Setup and Use
Each Sparkforge staff user has their own email signature, set in Settings > My Staff. Toggle Enable Signature in All Outgoing Messages to apply it automatically, or insert it with the {{user.email_signature}} custom value.
Email signatures keep outbound emails consistent across your team. Each staff user has their own signature with formatted text, contact details, and links. Apply it automatically to outgoing emails or insert it manually with a custom value.
Why use signatures
- Consistent branding across every email.
- Per-user personalization — each staff member uses their own name, title, and contact info.
- Flexible placement — auto-apply to outgoing emails or insert at a specific spot.
- Cleaner replies — control whether the signature appears before quoted text in replies.

Insert a signature with a custom value
Custom values give you precise placement — useful for templates and one-to-one emails where the signature should sit at a specific spot.
- Open the email editor (Campaigns or the Conversations email composer).
- Click Custom Values.
- Go to User and select Signature.
The custom value is: {{user.email_signature}}
