Sparkforge supports up to 10 file attachments per estimate, invoice, recurring invoice, or estimate template, with a combined 20MB limit. Attachments are emailed alongside the document so clients get specs, terms, and visuals in one package.

Where attachments are supported

  • Invoices
  • Recurring invoices
  • Estimates
  • Estimate templates

How to add an attachment

  1. Open the Estimates section under the Payments tab.
  2. Create or edit an estimate, invoice, or template.
  3. Click the attachment icon and upload files from your device.
  4. Confirm the combined size of all files stays under 20MB.
  5. Send the document — the attachments go out with the email.

Limits and behavior

  • Maximum 10 files per document.
  • 20MB combined size cap.
  • Attachments are sent only the first time an invoice goes out — they do not re-send on subsequent scheduled invoices.

Why this matters

Bundling supporting documents into the same email cuts back-and-forth with clients. They get the quote, the terms, and any reference materials in one place instead of chasing separate threads.
