How to Add Prospects to a CRM Pipeline in Sparkforge
Enable Add to a Pipeline in the Prospecting tool to route a new prospect into a chosen CRM pipeline and stage as soon as you generate the report. Works with manual search, form-based entry, and bulk prospecting.
Prospecting now connects directly to your CRM pipeline. When you add a prospect, the Add to a pipeline option drops that prospect into the right pipeline and stage during the add flow, so deals start tracking immediately without manual handoff.
Why route prospects straight to a pipeline
- Instant deal tracking: a new prospect lands in your CRM pipeline as soon as it is added.
- Faster pipeline creation: build pipelines while prospecting without extra data entry.
- Organized follow-up: outreach aligns to pipeline stages so nothing falls through.
- Better visibility: manage, nurture, and close prospects in one connected workflow.
- Improved measurement: track Prospecting-generated leads alongside CRM activity.
