Prospect Conversion Rate in the Sparkforge Prospecting Tool

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Prospect Conversion Rate in Sparkforge scores each lead's likelihood of becoming a client based on Google Business Profile status, reviews, whether they have a website, and whether the site has a chat widget. Higher scores = better fit.

The Prospect Conversion Rate scores each prospect's likelihood of becoming a client. It appears in the Prospect Dashboard, prospect search results, and the Marketing Audit Report so agencies can prioritize outreach.

How the rate is calculated

Four signals feed the score:

  1. Google Business Profile claim status. If the prospect has already claimed their GBP, conversion likelihood drops — they're already engaged with online presence.
  2. Online reviews. Few reviews or recent negative reviews push the score up: they need help with reputation. High review volume with consistent positive sentiment pushes the score down.
  3. Business website. No website means they haven't started on digital — higher conversion likelihood. An existing website signals they're already investing in online strategy.
  4. Chat widget on website. A site without a chat widget signals an opportunity for you to add one. A site with a chat widget signals an active operator and a tougher sell.

The model combines these into a single rate, bucketed as high, moderate, or low.
