By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Analytics Dashboard for Prospecting surfaces reports generated, leads, conversions, top-viewed reports, and form-driven reports in one view per subaccount.

The Analytics Dashboard for Prospecting lives inside subaccounts and gives you the prospecting numbers in one screen: reports generated, leads, conversions, and engagement.

What it tracks

  • Reports generated: Total reports created over the selected window.
  • Leads generated: New leads sourced from your reports.
  • Total conversions: Leads that became clients or sales.
  • Highest-viewed prospect reports: Which reports are pulling the most attention.
  • Reports generated through forms: Reports that came in via embedded website forms.

Why it's useful

  • Performance visibility: See campaign and report metrics in one place.
  • Tighten strategy: Spot weak spots in conversions, leads, or report views.
  • Engagement signals: Identify which reports get viewed and which fall flat.
  • ROI check: Tie prospecting effort to actual outcomes.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Marketing > Prospecting Tool.
  2. Click Analytics in the main dashboard.
  3. The Analytics Dashboard opens with your metrics and reports.
