How to Export a Sub-Accounts List CSV in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Run an agency-level export of your Sparkforge sub-accounts as a CSV. The file honors the filters you've applied, processes in the background, and gets emailed to the teammates you choose. Links expire after 7 days.

The Sub-Accounts List Export turns your filtered Sub-Accounts view into a CSV emailed to the teammates you select. It's built for agency-scale reporting — handles thousands of records, runs off-screen so you can keep working, and pulls account-level usage and engagement data into one file.

What's in the file

  • Identifiers and basics: ID, Name, SaaS Enabled, Date Added.
  • Users and contacts: active users, contacts, appointments booked.
  • Email activity: total, inbound, outbound.
  • SMS activity: total, inbound, outbound.
  • Calls: total, inbound, outbound, plus inbound and outbound duration in hours.
  • Forms and surveys: form submissions, survey submissions, Facebook lead form submissions.
  • GBP messages: total, inbound, outbound.
  • Instagram messages: total, inbound, outbound.
  • Facebook messages: total, inbound, outbound.
  • Reviews: total, Google, Facebook, positive, negative.
  • Sites and funnels: funnels (created and active), websites (created and active), forms (created and active), surveys (created and active).

Filters carry into the export

Whatever filters are applied on the Sub-Accounts list at the moment you start the export — SaaS Mode, Subscription Status, Assigned Snapshot, etc. — are reflected in the file. Set the filters first, then export.

How to run it

  1. Go to Sub-Accounts. From the Agency Dashboard, pick Sub-Accounts in the left nav. Apply your filters.
  2. Click Export Report. Top-right corner.
  3. Pick recipients. Use the dropdown in the popup to select which teammates receive the file. Click the blue Export button.
  4. Confirm. You'll see Your export has started! — close the tab or keep working. Processing continues in the background.
  5. Download. When the email lands, click Download Sub-Accounts List-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. Open in any spreadsheet tool.

Links expire 7 days after delivery. If you need it later, re-run the export with the same filters.

What you'd use it for

  • Client reporting: appointments, communications, form submissions, and reviews per client.
  • Campaign strategy: see which channels each client is leaning on so you can adjust spend.
  • Resource planning: identify which sub-accounts consume the most team time.
  • Performance tracking: watch survey submissions, form submissions, and active users per client over time.
  • Upsell opportunities: spot accounts with strong Facebook activity but low Instagram activity, etc.
  • Reputation monitoring: track Google and Facebook review counts and sentiment per client.
  • Lead source mix: Facebook vs Messenger vs Instagram vs forms — and which is converting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the export only include filtered sub-accounts?
Yes. The CSV respects every filter active on the Sub-Accounts list at the time you start the export. Set filters first, export second.
How long does an export take?
Typical runs finish in 7–10 minutes. Large exports across thousands of sub-accounts can take longer. The system emails you when it's ready.
What if the email link expired?
Links expire after 7 days. Re-run the export with the same filters to generate a fresh download link.
Can I download in the browser instead of by email?
No. This export is asynchronous and is delivered only by email to the recipients you select.
How is this different from a contacts export?
A contacts export is in-app and scoped to one sub-account. The sub-accounts list export is agency-level — multiple sub-accounts, account-level metrics, delivered by email.
