Scheduled reports management

The Scheduled Reports table consolidates every sub-account's scheduled report into one view at the agency level.

Open the table

Go to Agency View > Sub-Accounts > View Scheduled Reports.

Bulk pause and resume

Use checkboxes to select reports, then apply Pause or Resume from the bulk actions bar. Pause is useful before pushing template changes you don't want clients to see mid-revision.

Filter by status

Click the Status filter and choose Active or Paused to audit which schedules are sending and which aren't.

Settings panel

Click the gear icon in the Scheduled Reports view:

  • Pause All Scheduled Reports — immediately pauses every scheduled report at the agency level. Use this before bulk template or recipient changes.
  • Auto-create scheduled reports for new sub-accounts — toggle on if every new client should auto-receive baseline reports; off if you want to review templates and recipients before any send.
