Pre-Built A2P Campaign (Widget-First) Registration in Sparkforge
Sparkforge's Quick Setup A2P flow locks compliance fields, generates carrier-aligned disclosures, and enforces Chat Widget as the only opt-in method to cut campaign rejection rates.
Quick Setup is a structured A2P campaign registration flow in Sparkforge that enforces Chat Widget as the only opt-in method, auto-generates carrier-aligned compliance language, and locks required fields. The result: fewer rejections, faster approvals, and no manual disclosure writing.
Not available for: Mixed use-case campaigns, or Sole Proprietor (Sole-prop) campaigns.
Before you select Chat Widget
If you choose Chat Widget as your opt-in method, you must remove SMS consent checkboxes from every other form on your website — contact forms, lead forms, landing pages, appointment forms. Multiple opt-in methods on one site cause campaign rejection.
- Remove consent checkboxes from all website forms.
- Confirm Chat Widget is the only opt-in path.
Accessing Quick Setup
Select Quick Setup when starting Campaign Registration in the Standard A2P flow. The guided experience enforces Chat Widget opt-in, generates compliant consent text, locks compliance fields, prevents misclassification, and attaches the widget to the campaign automatically.
Messaging use case selection
Step 1: Message Type
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Marketing / Promotional | Advertising, offers, sales, promotions |
| Transactional / Non-Marketing | Informational or service-related messages |
Step 2: Use Case
- Marketing / Promotional → only Marketing is available.
- Transactional / Non-Marketing → system assigns Customer Care automatically.
Transactional Chat Widget campaigns skip the use case prompt entirely.
Automatic age gating
Selecting age-gated content shows a Date of Birth (DOB) field that is mandatory and non-removable. Submission is blocked until DOB is completed. Without age-gated content, the DOB field doesn't appear.
Auto-generated compliance widget
The system builds a Chat Widget that already includes business name in the disclosure, STOP/HELP instructions, data rate disclosure, message frequency disclosure, and the campaign attachment with embed code.
Locked controls
Users can't edit disclosure text, remove required fields, add custom compliance fields, modify language, or pick a different opt-in method.
Widget structure
Required and locked
| Field | Status |
|---|---|
| Phone Number | Mandatory |
| Disclosure Block | Locked |
| STOP/HELP Language | Locked |
| Data Rate Disclosure | Locked |
| Message Frequency Disclosure | Locked |
Conditional
Date of Birth is mandatory only when age-gating is triggered.
Optional
Name, Message Field, and UI styling (colors and header only) are editable.
Removed
Email Field, custom compliance fields, editable disclosure text, and opt-in method selector are not available — all to keep carrier-approved language intact.
Marketing consent checkbox
Marketing / Promotional campaigns include a mandatory Marketing Consent checkbox before submission. Users can't proceed without it.
AI validation and final review
When you click Review Application, an AI compliance check scans the business website URL submitted during Brand setup to confirm the Sparkforge Chat Widget is installed. Missing or incorrect installation flags the application before it reaches the carrier.
Before submission, all required fields are auto-filled, compliance sections are locked, sample messages are generated, and the Business Website Compliance Checklist asks you to confirm Chat Widget is the only opt-in method on the site.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
The customer's own website Privacy Policy must include a non-sharing clause similar to:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Terms of Service must also be present and compliant. Sparkforge's TOS covers the widget itself, but carrier guidelines still require the customer's site to meet the standard.
Who can use it
- Agencies submitting new A2P campaigns.
- Sub-accounts registering new campaigns.
- Marketing-only or transactional-only campaigns.
- Campaigns including age-gated content.
