A2P 10DLC Campaign Registration Guide for Sparkforge
After your A2P 10DLC brand is approved, Sparkforge auto-submits the linked campaign for vetting. Your job is to provide a clear use case, two sample messages with opt-out language, a compliant opt-in flow, and an updated privacy policy and terms of service.
Once your A2P 10DLC brand registration is approved, Sparkforge automatically submits the associated campaign for review. You don't manually submit campaigns — but the campaign details you provide upfront determine whether it passes vetting.
This applies to both Standard and Sole Proprietor registration flows.
Pricing and fees
All A2P 10DLC fees — registration, vetting, monthly campaign charges, and per-message carrier surcharges — pass through Sparkforge Phone with no Sparkforge markup. The $15.75 campaign verification fee is collected at registration and forwarded to telecom partners.
What to do after brand approval
- Go to Settings > Phone System > Trust Center.
- Open Brands & Campaigns and click the Campaigns tab.
- Click Create Campaign.
- Fill out Campaign Details.
- Wait for campaign approval before sending A2P traffic.
Campaign details: messaging use case
The use case description tells carriers exactly what you'll send and why. It must match the campaign use case you select and the sample messages you provide.
Campaign use case
If you registered through the Pre-Built Chat Widget flow, transactional or non-marketing campaigns are auto-assigned to Customer Care — no manual selection.
Use case description
Describe the SMS type (appointment reminders, marketing, notifications, etc.) and how customers opted in. Keep it specific. If you cover multiple use cases, you'll need an opt-in link for each.
DBA names
If your EIN is registered under one business name but your messages use a different brand name, add this line: "We are doing DBA as [Business_Name]". Your website, privacy policy, terms, and opt-in checkboxes must all match the declared [Legal Business Name] DBA [DBA Name]. One EIN can register up to 10 brands.
Use case examples
This campaign sends appointment confirmations, message notifications, and offers for chiropractic adjustments to existing patients or new patients who have opted in to receive SMS notifications. The communications are sent via the website form.
This campaign targets customers who have opted in to receive marketing updates via our subscription form. Messages will include promotional discounts, new product announcements, and exclusive offers. Users can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
Sample messages
Each campaign requires two sample messages. Each must include:
- The lead's name
- A staff member's name
- The business name
- Opt-out language: Reply STOP to unsubscribe
Do not include custom field placeholders or merge values in samples — write them as fully realized messages.
