Neo Group View Template for Calendar Groups in Sparkforge

Sparkforge calendar groups can render with two templates: Classic (the original) or Neo (the current default). Neo is the recommended choice — it supports per-calendar cover images, staff selection, and a tighter booking flow.

What Neo gives you over Classic

• Calendar-specific cover images. Each calendar inside the group can show its own image instead of one shared header.
• Staff selection. If the calendar allows the booker to pick a team member, Neo handles that step in a dedicated screen.
• Cleaner booking flow. Information is grouped so fewer clicks land the appointment.

Create a group with the Neo template

1. Open Calendars > Calendar Settings from the top nav.
2. Click the Groups tab.
3. Click Create Group.
4. In the create dialog, the Template field defaults to Neo. Leave it set to Neo (or switch to Classic if you have a reason).
5. Fill in Group Name, Group Description, and Group URL.
6. Click Create.

You can switch the template on an existing group at any time from the group's settings.

Add a cover image to a calendar

Cover images are what makes Neo look polished — set one for every calendar in the group.

1. Open the calendar (or start a new one and go to Advanced Settings).
2. Open the Customization tab.
3. Click the calendar cover image upload.
4. Upload from your device, or pick an image from the built-in Unsplash library.
5. Save.

Share the group calendar

From Calendar Settings > Groups, click the three-dot action menu next to the group:

• Scheduling link — share with clients directly.
• Embed code — drop the booking widget onto a Sparkforge site or any external page.
