Charts

Failure Rate Trend

A bar per day showing the percentage of failed messages. The chart includes a 10% threshold line.

  • Below 10%: healthy performance.
  • Above 10%: increased risk of carrier restrictions and account limits.

Repeated breaches damage sender reputation and can trigger messaging suspension.

Failure Reason Breakdown

A donut chart showing why messages failed. Common reasons:

  • Unverified toll-free numbers
  • Invalid or non-mobile numbers
  • Carrier filtering or safeguards
  • Country mismatches and routing issues

Each segment includes a comparison to the previous period so you can see what's getting better or worse.

Opt-Out Rate Trend

Tracks unsubscribes over time with a 2% threshold marker. Crossing 2% repeatedly is a signal to revisit messaging cadence and audience targeting.

Most failures come from invalid numbers, carrier filtering, or compliance issues. Open the Failure Reason Breakdown to see which one dominates and start fixing the largest segment first.
What happens if I exceed the thresholds?
Failure rates above 10% or opt-out rates above 2% increase the risk of carrier-level restrictions and possible messaging suspension.
Can I filter analytics by source?
Yes. Use the Filters panel to scope to All, Campaign, Workflow, or Bulk Request to see how each channel is performing.
How do I switch back to the old view?
Go to Labs and turn off Messaging Analytics V2 for the location.
