How to List Conversation AI and Voice AI Templates on the Marketplace

Agency Owners and Admins can list Conversation AI or Voice AI agents on the Sparkforge Marketplace. Templates bundle prompts, actions, and underlying assets like workflows, calendars, and custom fields, with an optional knowledge base.

Agency Owners and Admins can package Conversation AI and Voice AI agents as templates and sell them on the Sparkforge Marketplace. Sub-account admins and users do not see this option.

Step 1: Generate a Marketplace link

  1. Open the Conversation AI or Voice AI page in Sparkforge.
  2. Select the agent you want to list.
  3. Click Sell this Template/Agent on Marketplace.
  4. Choose whether to Include or Exclude the agent's Knowledge Base. Included KBs install automatically for buyers.
  5. Confirm the assets being packaged are not part of an IP-protected snapshot — restricted assets cannot be included.

You'll be redirected to the Developer Portal with a special link carrying the bot's package.

Updating an existing listing

To update a template already in the Marketplace, make changes in the Conversation AI or Voice AI page, click Copy Link for Marketplace, and paste the new link in the Developer Portal.

Step 2: Complete app details

  1. In the Developer Portal, go to Modules > ConversationAI or Voice AI.
  2. Paste your link and click Submit to fetch the package.
  3. Edit use cases (lead qualification, appointment booking), agent description, and available actions (workflows, appointments, SMS blasts, call transfers).
  4. Configure suggested questions buyers can ask while testing the agent.
  5. Review non-editable fields: supported channels (SMS, email, Instagram, calls).

Step 3: Finalize and submit

  1. Fill out Basic Info, App Profile, Pricing, and Support sections.
  2. Submit for review.
  3. Once approved, the listing goes live for all agency users and sub-accounts.

  • Actions: workflow triggers, appointment creation, SMS, call transfers.
