Import Kajabi Email Templates into Sparkforge

Generate a one-time import email address in Sparkforge, send your Kajabi template to it as a test or campaign, and Sparkforge ingests the template ready for editing.

Reuse Kajabi email designs in Sparkforge without rebuilding them. The importer accepts a Kajabi-sent email at a generated address and saves it as a Sparkforge template.

How to import a Kajabi template

  1. In Sparkforge, go to Email Marketing > Templates.
  2. Click New > Import Templates.
  3. Pick Kajabi from the dropdown.
  4. Copy the dynamically generated import email address.
  5. In Kajabi, send the template you want to import to that address as a test email or campaign.
  6. Back in Sparkforge, click Continue to start the import.
  7. Name the template and click Create Template.

The imported template is now available alongside the rest of your Sparkforge email templates and can be edited in the standard editor.

Do I need API access to Kajabi to use the importer?
No. The importer works through email. You just send the Kajabi template to the address Sparkforge generates.
Can I import multiple Kajabi templates?
Yes. Repeat the flow for each template. The import address is generated per import session.
Will images and styling carry over?
Inline styles and images embedded in the email render as Sparkforge captures them. Some Kajabi-specific blocks may need adjustment in the Sparkforge editor.
