How to Use Conversation AI in the Sparkforge Mobile App

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Sparkforge mobile app supports Conversation AI in suggestive mode, auto-pilot mode, and with feedback for bot training. Available on app version 3.71 or later.

Conversation AI runs inside the Sparkforge mobile app, so you can let it handle replies on supported channels while you're away from your desk. Three modes cover different levels of automation.

Modes

Suggestive mode

The AI drafts a reply for each new message on supported channels. You review the suggestion, tap to send as-is, or edit before sending.

Auto-pilot mode

The AI sends responses automatically to new incoming messages. Use this when you've trained the bot enough to trust it on routine queries.

Feedback and bot training

Rate auto-generated responses to feed back into the model. Better feedback means better suggestions and fewer corrections over time.

Version requirement

Conversation AI in mobile is available on app version 3.71 or later. Update through the App Store or Google Play if you don't see the feature.
