How to Rename Standard CRM Objects in Sparkforge
Admins can rename the three standard CRM objects — Contacts, Opportunities, Companies — to match their organization's vocabulary. The change is cosmetic: workflows, reports, and APIs continue to work because internal keys are unchanged.
Rename Contacts, Opportunities, and Companies in Sparkforge to match the words your team actually uses — Clients, Deals, Organizations, Patients, Cases, anything that fits. Display labels change everywhere; internal keys, API fields, and merge fields stay the same, so existing automations and integrations keep working.
Who can rename standard objects
Only Admins with Settings → Custom Objects access. Other users see the new names but cannot edit them.
