How to Pay Your Affiliates in Sparkforge

Sparkforge lets you pay affiliates any way you want — what matters is marking the payouts as completed so the system stays in sync. Two built-in options handle the heavy lifting.

Payout options

• PayPal Auto Payouts (fastest) — pay multiple affiliates from inside Sparkforge using the PayPal Payouts API. No PayPal login, no manual marking.
• Bank or other manual methods — process payments outside Sparkforge, then mark them as paid.

How payouts work

Two steps:

1. Generate payouts — automatic, based on the campaign commissions you set.
2. Pay and mark as paid — your choice between automated PayPal or manual.

1. PayPal Auto Payouts

The PayPal Payouts API is the fastest way to pay multiple affiliates at once. After a one-time setup, you pay affiliates without leaving Sparkforge. See the PayPal Auto Payouts setup guide for credentials and configuration.

2. Pay through banks

1. Open the Payouts page in the Affiliate Manager.
2. Approve payouts in the Pending tab.
3. Switch to Approved for Payout to see everything ready to disburse.
4. Select payouts — individually or all at once.
5. Click Pay, then switch to the Bank tab and select affiliates.
6. Download the CSV and run the payments through your bank.
7. Mark as Paid when the transfers are complete.

Configure which payout methods affiliates see

You control which methods (PayPal, Bank Transfer) affiliates can pick:

1. Open Affiliate Manager → Settings.
2. Click Affiliate Portal Settings → Configure Payout Methods.
3. Enable the methods you want affiliates to use.
4. Save.

Affiliates only see enabled methods, which keeps the payout process tight.
