Bulk Approve, Deny, or Delete Affiliate Commissions in Sparkforge

Bulk Actions in the Affiliate Manager let you approve, deny, or delete multiple commission records in one pass. Available from the individual affiliate profile or the global commissions dashboard.

What bulk actions cover

• Approve, deny, or delete multiple commissions at once.
• Available in affiliate profile and dashboard views.
• Filter by status (approved, pending, denied) or campaign.
• Combine filters for precise selection.

Bulk actions from the affiliate profile

1. Open Marketing > Affiliate Manager.
2. Choose Affiliate from the dropdown to see all affiliates.
3. Click into an affiliate's profile.
4. Open the Commissions tab.
5. Use checkboxes to select commissions.
6. Click Bulk Actions and choose Approve, Deny, or Delete.

Bulk actions from the dashboard

1. Open the Affiliate Manager Dashboard.
2. Scroll to the Latest Commissions section.
3. Use checkboxes to select commissions across multiple affiliates.
4. Click Bulk Actions and pick your action.

Filtering before you act

• Status filter — narrow to pending, approved, or denied.
• Campaign filter — isolate commissions tied to a specific affiliate campaign.
• Combine both for the tightest selection.

Things to know

• Bulk actions are final once submitted. There's no undo.
• Only users with permission to manage affiliate commissions can run bulk actions.
• No fixed limit on volume, but large batches take a few seconds to process.
• Bulk actions do not automatically notify affiliates by email.
