Sparkforge Marketplace ratings and reviews are tied to installations, not users. Each install allows one review, and reviews after uninstall must be submitted within 15 days.

Sparkforge Marketplace ratings and reviews let users share feedback on installed apps. The system applies a few automatic rules to keep feedback tied to real usage — no setup or configuration required.

Who can leave a review

Agency admins, with or without sub-account access.
Users with access to an installed app at the level it's installed.
Sandbox accounts cannot submit reviews.

Rating vs. written review

Star ratings can be submitted on their own.
Written feedback is optional.

When you can submit a review

Ratings can be submitted any time after installation.
Reviews after uninstalling must be submitted within 15 days.
