Email OTP Verification confirms that the business email on your Sparkforge A2P brand registration actually belongs to you. It's part of step 9 of the broader A2P brand registration flow and triggers when your registration doesn't go through Persona verification.

Registration Flow

1	Fill out the A2P brand registration form.
2	Enter a business email (domain age > 45 days) and click Continue.
3	The "Verify your Email Address" modal opens automatically.
4	A 6-digit OTP arrives in your inbox.
5	Enter the OTP. You get up to 3 attempts and 2 resends.
6	Correct OTP advances you. Wrong OTP shows an error and lets you retry.
7	After 3 failed attempts, restart the verification step.
8	Resend OTP unlocks after a 60-second countdown.

How to Complete Email OTP Verification

Enter your business email in the Contact Info section of the A2P brand registration.
Wait for the 6-digit OTP prompt.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for the OTP.
Type the OTP into the modal.
If needed, click Resend OTP after the 60-second cooldown — up to 2 times.
Once verified, the registration advances to the next step.
