How to Change an App's Pricing Plan in the Sparkforge App Marketplace
Open the Sparkforge App Marketplace, find the installed app, click Change Plan, and confirm. Agency-only apps take 2 steps; agency-and-subaccount apps take 3. Mid-cycle changes are pro-rated.
The Sparkforge App Marketplace lets you change the pricing plan of any installed app — upgrade, downgrade, or move between tiers — without uninstalling.
How to update an app pricing plan
Go to App Marketplace > Installed Apps, find the app, and click Change Plan.
Agency-only apps (2 steps)
- Choose the new plan.
- Review the changes, then upgrade and pay.
Agency & subaccount apps (3 steps)
- Choose the new plan.
- Select the subaccounts that should move to the new plan.
- Review the changes, then upgrade and pay.
How billing adjustments work
Plan changes mid-billing-cycle are pro-rated. Upgrades generate additional charges; downgrades generate refunds. Either way, the adjustment posts in your next billing cycle, not immediately.
