How to Cancel Reselling Subscriptions In-App in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Subaccount users can cancel resold add-on subscriptions (WhatsApp, Listings, WordPress, AI tools, etc.) from Settings → Billing → Subscriptions in their subaccount. Pick end-of-billing-cycle or cancel immediately, with reactivation available before the effective date.

If you're managing add-on subscriptions inside a Sparkforge subaccount, you don't need to ping the agency to cancel. The in-app cancellation flow lets subaccount users review plan details and cancel resold add-ons (WhatsApp, Listings, WordPress, AI tools, and more) directly from Settings → Billing → Subscriptions.

What this covers

This article covers Reselling Subscriptions — the resold Marketplace add-ons in a subaccount. It does not cover the core SaaS plan, which is managed via SaaS tools at the agency level.

Why it's useful

  • Self-service: cancel eligible add-ons without agency intervention.
  • Plan visibility: see Plan, Purchase Type, Status, Purchase Date, and Billing Cycle before you cancel.
  • Unified flow: the same multi-step modal handles cancellation across products.
  • Timing options: end-of-billing-cycle (default) or cancel immediately.
  • Reactivation window: if you chose end-of-cycle, you can reactivate before the effective date.

Prerequisites

  • You're inside the target subaccount (the breadcrumb in the left sidebar shows the subaccount name).
  • You have permission to open Settings → Billing.
  • The subscription is a resold add-on listed under Add-On Products on the Billing dashboard.

Review subscription details first

Before canceling, confirm you're looking at the right subscription, especially when multiple add-ons are active.

  1. Go to Subaccount → Settings → Billing → Subscriptions.
  2. In the Add-On Products panel, find the product card.
  3. Click View Subscriptions.

The modal shows:

  • Plan: the subscribed plan name.
  • Purchase Type: how it was purchased (e.g., "Agency Purchase (Without Upsell)").
  • Status: Active, Active (Trial), etc.
  • Purchase Date: when the subscription started.
  • Billing Cycle: the renewal cadence.
  • Actions menu: three-dot menu, including Cancel Subscription.

Cancel a reselling subscription

  1. Go to Subaccount Settings → Billing → Subscriptions.
  2. On the relevant product card, click View Subscriptions.
  3. Review the modal and confirm the right subscription.
  4. Click the Actions menu and select Cancel Subscription.
  5. In the unified modal, choose End of billing cycle (default) or Cancel immediately.
  6. Click Proceed to cancellation and complete the confirmation steps.

You'll see a success message when cancellation is confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can cancel resold add-on subscriptions in Sparkforge?
Both agency users (from Agency Billing) and subaccount users (from Subaccount Billing) can cancel supported add-ons. This guide focuses on the subaccount flow.
Will I be charged again after canceling?
If you choose End of billing cycle, billing stops on the effective date in the modal. If you cancel immediately, the subscription stops right away and unused service time isn't refunded.
Can I undo a cancellation?
If you picked End of billing cycle, you can reactivate before the effective date from the same Subscriptions area, when the option is available for that add-on.
Why don't I see the Cancel Subscription option?
Confirm you're in the correct subaccount, you have Billing access, and you're viewing an eligible add-on. Some add-ons or billing sources don't support in-app cancellation.
How is canceling an add-on different from canceling the SaaS plan?
The SaaS plan is the core subaccount subscription, managed via SaaS tools. Add-ons are resold Marketplace products managed from Subaccount Billing → Subscriptions.
