Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between cancel-at-cycle-end and cancel-immediately?
Cancel at end of billing cycle keeps the subscription active until the period ends. Cancel immediately ends it right away. Neither option issues refunds or prorates.
Can I undo a cancellation after I confirm with DELETE?
No. Once you confirm, the cancellation is locked in based on the option you selected. Resubscribe the location if you change your mind.
Do I get a refund or proration?
No. Both cancellation options are non-refundable and not prorated. Choose end-of-cycle if you want to use the time you already paid for.
Can a sub-account user cancel their own subscription this way?
This flow is for agency users on the agency Billing page. Sub-account-level cancellation is handled separately.
Why does the system require typing DELETE?
The DELETE confirmation prevents accidental cancellations — it’s the same pattern used for destructive actions across the platform.
