What the report shows
Numeric charts by status
Counts of appointments by booked, confirmed, cancelled, new, and the rest of the status set. Spot drop-off between booked and confirmed at a glance.
Sources and channels
A breakdown of where appointments came from including funnels and users. The channel donut surfaces Event Sync appointments — events with at least one attendee synced in from a connected Google, Outlook, iCloud, or Calendly calendar.
Top performing calendars
The calendars driving the most bookings, ranked. Use this to see which services or staff calendars are pulling weight.
Top 5 users by appointments
Which staff members are landing the most bookings. Easy way to spot top performers worth recognizing.
Most popular days
Which days of the week book heaviest. Use this to staff up on the right days and run promos on the slow ones.
Top 5 calendars by cancellations
Calendars with the highest cancellation counts. Cluster of cancellations on one calendar usually means a process problem worth fixing — confirmation cadence, lead-time, or pricing.
Top 5 calendars by reschedules
Calendars with the most reschedules. Different signal than cancellations, often points to availability or duration mismatches.
