AI-Powered A2P Compliance Validation in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge runs an automatic compliance check on your opt-in form, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service before you submit your A2P 10DLC campaign. Flagged items show line by line so you can fix them before carriers review.

AI-Powered A2P Compliance Validation runs a pre-submission review inside the A2P campaign flow. Sparkforge scans your opt-in form URL plus the linked Privacy Policy and Terms of Service against CTIA, TCR, and carrier expectations. The goal is to surface common gaps before carriers see your application.

Passing the review reduces typical rejection causes but does not guarantee carrier approval. Final decisions still depend on use case, message content, and carrier-specific rules.

What Gets Reviewed

The validation checks three areas independently:

  • Opt-in Form - consent language, disclosures, required checkboxes.
  • Privacy Policy - data collection, use, storage, and disclosure language.
  • Terms of Service - SMS program details, opt-out instructions, required disclaimers.

Each section returns a pass count (e.g. Passed: 7/8) plus a line-by-line report with tooltips explaining flagged items.

Supported Opt-in Methods

  • Website Form
  • Facebook Lead Form

Additional opt-in methods may be supported later.

How the Review Runs

  1. Enter your A2P campaign details. Use a supported opt-in method.
  2. Add your opt-in form URL. The URL must be publicly accessible.
  3. Before submission, Sparkforge auto-scans the URL plus its linked legal pages. The Compliance Review modal opens automatically.
  4. Review results section by section.
  5. Either fix flagged items or proceed to submission with the warnings.

Handling Flagged Items

A flag does not automatically mean rejection, but it points at something carriers may catch. For each failed item:

  • Read the tooltip guidance.
  • Update the form, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service.
  • Return to the submission flow and rerun.

You can still submit with flagged items, but expect higher rejection risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does passing all checks guarantee A2P approval?
No. Passing reduces common rejection causes, but carriers make the final decision based on your use case, message content, and other factors.
Can I submit my campaign with flagged items?
Yes. After the review you can choose to fix the issues or proceed with the warnings. Submitting with flags increases rejection risk.
When does the review run?
Automatically, right before you review and submit your A2P application. You do not need to start it manually.
What opt-in methods are supported?
Website Form and Facebook Lead Form. Other opt-in methods may be added later.
Does the URL need to be public?
Yes. The opt-in form URL plus the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links must be publicly reachable so the validator can fetch them.
