Affiliate Manager Media Library in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Affiliate Manager Media Library lets you upload, organize, and share creative assets with affiliates. Assets can be tied to a specific campaign or shared across all of them.

The Affiliate Manager Media Library is the place to host creative for your affiliates — banners, swipe copy, images, and downloadable assets. Each asset can be scoped to one campaign or made available across every campaign.

What's in the updated library

  • Refreshed interface aligned with the rest of the Sparkforge UI.
  • Campaign-specific scoping so affiliates only see assets relevant to the campaigns they're enrolled in.
  • Quick copy and download from the Affiliate Portal, so affiliates grab links and files without extra steps.

How to upload and assign media

  1. Open the Affiliate Manager and select Media.
  2. Click Add File and upload the asset.
  3. Choose to link the asset to a specific campaign or make it available across all campaigns.
  4. Save. The asset appears in the Affiliate Portal for the right affiliates.

Why scope matters

Affiliate programs that run multiple campaigns end up with a noisy media library if every asset is global. Scoping creative to a campaign keeps the affiliate-facing view clean and reduces the chance an affiliate posts the wrong banner for the wrong offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do affiliates see the media?
Inside the Affiliate Portal. Each affiliate sees only the assets tied to their assigned campaigns plus anything you've marked as available across all campaigns.
Can I move an asset between campaigns?
Yes. Edit the asset, change its campaign assignment, and save. The change applies immediately to the Affiliate Portal.
What file types are supported?
Standard creative formats — images, PDFs, videos, and downloadable archives — work in the library. Use the formats your affiliates actually need for the channels they post on.
Do affiliates get a notification when I upload new media?
Not automatically by default. Pair the upload with a workflow or campaign email if you need to push the new creative to affiliates actively.
