Facebook Lead Form Submitted Workflow Trigger in Sparkforge
The Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger fires a Sparkforge workflow the instant a lead submits an instant form on a connected Facebook page. Filter by page and form to keep automations precise.
The Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger starts a Sparkforge workflow when someone fills out a Lead Ad form on a connected Facebook page. These instant forms live inside Facebook — no landing page required. Submissions hit Sparkforge in real time so you can automate follow-up, tagging, opportunity creation, and notifications.
What this trigger does
- Connects Facebook Lead Ads directly to Sparkforge automations — no manual exports.
- Fires the moment a form is submitted, not on a polling delay.
- Filters by specific page and form so the right campaign runs the right workflow.
- Routes contacts into pipelines, assigns them to users, and triggers email or SMS follow-up.
Before you configure
Connect the Facebook page under Settings > Integrations > Facebook and map your Lead Form fields to Sparkforge contact fields under Settings > Integrations > Facebook Form Fields Mapping. Without mapping, lead data won't sync correctly.
Configure the trigger
- Add the trigger. Go to Automation > Workflows, open or create a workflow, and click + Add New Trigger.
- Pick the trigger type. Under the Events section, select Facebook Lead Form Submitted (green clipboard icon).
- Name the trigger. Use something descriptive like Facebook Lead Form Submitted (Weight Loss Campaign).
- Apply filters. Set Page Is to the connected Facebook page and Form Is to the specific Lead Form. Only connected pages appear in the dropdown.
