How to Use SSO to Access WP Admin in Sparkforge
Sparkforge includes a WP Admin button on every WordPress site card that signs you into the admin panel via SSO, so you skip typing credentials when managing one site or many.
WP Admin button overview
Every WordPress site in your Sparkforge dashboard has a WP Admin button. One click signs you into that site's admin panel using Single Sign-On, no username or password required.
What you get
- One-click login. Open WP Admin directly from the site card.
- Single Sign-On. Authentication happens through Sparkforge, so credentials are never typed or exposed.
- No plugins required. SSO is built into the WordPress hosting integration.
Why it matters
If you run a single site, you stop reaching for a password manager every time you need to update a plugin or write a post. If you manage multiple sites for clients or a portfolio, you stop juggling credentials across dashboards.
How to use it
- Sign in to Sparkforge and open the WordPress dashboard.
- Locate the site you want to manage.
- Click the WP Admin button next to the site. You will land directly in the WordPress admin panel.
Security notes
SSO does not display or transmit a stored password. Each session is authenticated through your Sparkforge account, so revoking a user in Sparkforge revokes their WP Admin access immediately.
