The SaaS Analytics tab in the Sparkforge Agency Dashboard centralizes subscription KPIs — MRR, ARPA, churn, expansion, and plan-level performance — for agencies running SaaS Mode.

Access: SaaS Analytics is available on the $497 (Pro) agency plan. Subscriptions must be created and managed in Sparkforge to appear in the data.

How to access

  1. Log in to your Agency account.
  2. Go to Agency Dashboard → SaaS.
  3. Click Product to filter by SaaS product.
  4. Use the Date Range picker to scope the period.
  5. Click Reload to refresh data, or Export to email a CSV (delivery typically takes 7–10 minutes).

MRR components

  • MRR — total monthly recurring revenue.
  • New MRR — first-time paid subscriptions or trial conversions.
  • Expansion MRR — upgrades or added recurring value.
  • Contraction MRR — downgrades or recurring value reductions.
  • Churned MRR — cancellations or full lapses.
  • Reactivation MRR — previously cancelled or paused subscriptions returning to paid.

Included vs excluded

Included: SaaS subscriptions created and managed inside Sparkforge; recurring charges normalized to a monthly value (annual divided by 12).

Excluded: Subscriptions billed outside Sparkforge (for example, direct Stripe items not managed here); one-time charges, setup fees, and usage-only nonrecurring items.

Methodology

  • Event-based: MRR changes are recorded from subscription lifecycle events (new, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, reactivate) for auditable component values.
  • Currency: Values are normalized to USD. Multi-currency is not included in MRR totals unless noted.
  • Why numbers differ from other tools: inclusion logic, timing, proration, and currency handling vary across platforms.

How do upgrades and downgrades show up?
Upgrades appear as Expansion MRR; downgrades appear as Contraction MRR.
