Sparkforge tracks every funnel and website page automatically. The Stats tab inside the page editor shows views, opt-ins, sales, and revenue per view across the steps in a funnel or pages on a site.

Open the Stats Tab

  1. From the left navigation, go to Sites.
  2. Choose Funnels or Sites in the top ribbon.
  3. Click the three dots next to the funnel or site you want to analyze and select Edit.
  4. Click the Stats tab in the top secondary nav.
  5. Use the timeline drop-down in the upper right to filter by date.

What Each Column Means

  • Page: the funnel step or site page.
  • Views (All / Uniques): total visits and unique visitors.
  • Opt-ins (Count / Rate): form submissions and the opt-in conversion rate.
  • Sales (Count / Rate / Value): transactions, conversion rate, and total revenue.
  • Earnings / Page View: revenue divided by total views.

How Rates Are Calculated

  • Opt-in rate: (opt-ins x 100) / unique page views
  • Sales rate: (sales count x 100) / unique page views
  • Earnings per pageview: total sales value / total page views

Sites and Funnel Analytics Dashboard

The page-level Stats tab covers one funnel at a time. For a portfolio view, open Sites > Analytics. The dashboard shows interactive graphs, comparison tools, and visitor segmentation across every funnel and site in the sub-account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my Sparkforge stats not match Google Analytics?

Google Analytics counts sessions differently. Variations come from bounce filtering, ad blockers, and visitors landing on the site outside the funnel entry points.

What counts as an opt-in?

Any successful submission of a form block on a funnel step. Survey and 2-step order form submissions also count.

Can I trigger workflows from page views?

Yes. Use the page view trigger in workflows to automate follow-up when a contact visits a specific page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find funnel stats in Sparkforge?
Sites > Funnels, edit any funnel, and click the Stats tab. Use the timeline filter to set a date range.
Why are my Google Analytics numbers different?
Google Analytics tracks sessions and applies bounce filtering. Ad blockers and external entry points also create gaps. Sparkforge counts visits to your funnel pages directly.
What counts as an opt-in?
Any form, survey, or 2-step order form submission on a funnel step counts as an opt-in.
How is the earnings-per-pageview metric calculated?
Total sales value divided by total page views. It tells you the average revenue each visit produces, regardless of conversion.
Where do I see stats across all funnels at once?
Open Sites > Analytics. The dashboard rolls up data from every funnel and site with interactive comparisons and segmentation.
