Frequently Asked Questions

Will editing a template update reports already created from it?
No. Templates are a starting point. Edits affect only future reports built from the template. Existing and scheduled reports stay as they are.
Can I hide specific templates from certain sub-accounts?
Not directly. Use a hidden category and keep the templates you want hidden out of every visible category.
Why do builder, email, and ad widget numbers sometimes disagree?
Time zones. The builder uses your browser zone, scheduled emails use the sub-account zone, and connected ad platforms follow their own account zones.
Are images and iframes included in downloaded PDFs?
They show in previews and email versions, but downloaded PDFs exclude them due to security restrictions.
