Site & Funnel Analytics in Sparkforge: KPIs, Filters, and Tips
Sparkforge Site & Funnel Analytics shows performance for funnels, websites, blogs, webinars, forms, surveys, and QR codes in one dashboard. Pick an asset type, set a date range, and click KPI cards to drill into trends.
Site & Funnel Analytics is the dashboard for measuring how your web assets attract, engage, and convert visitors. One workspace, one set of KPIs, no jumping between funnels and pages.
You pick an asset type (Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Webinars, Forms, Surveys, QR Codes, or External Tracking), optionally narrow to a single asset, and set a date range. The dashboard adapts the KPI cards and charts to match the asset type.
Key metrics
- Page Views — total and unique views per asset.
- Page Views by Step — click any funnel, website, or webinar to drill into step-level performance.
- Opt-in — conversions in the funnel or website (purchase, form submit, booking).
- Time on Page — how long visitors stayed.
- Sales — revenue generated.
- Opt-in Conversion Rate — opt-ins divided by unique page views.
How to use Site Analytics
- Navigate to Analytics. From your location dashboard, open Sites in the left nav, then the Analytics tab.
- Select asset type. Use the dropdown to pick Funnels, Websites, Blogs, etc. Optionally narrow to a specific asset.
- Set the date range. The picker is in the upper right. Defaults to last 14 days. The dashboard compares this range to the prior period of equal length.
- Explore. Click KPI cards to refocus the charts and breakdowns below.
Filters
Asset filter (optional): pick one specific asset within the selected type. Leaving this on All aggregates results. Changing the asset type resets it.
Date range: any range you set; the dashboard auto-compares to the immediately prior period.
KPI cards act like tabs
Selecting a KPI card updates the charts and breakdowns underneath to focus on that metric. Some asset types (like QR Codes) have fewer or no KPI cards.
