Pin, Drag, and Auto-Minimize the Sparkforge Web Dialer
The Sparkforge web dialer minimizes when you click outside it, pins to stay visible during a call, and drags to any position on screen. Pinned dialers remember their position between sessions.
The Sparkforge web dialer keeps call controls available while you work in other parts of the platform. Three behaviors handle the workspace: auto-minimize, pin, and drag.
What changes
- Auto-minimize: click outside the dialer and it shrinks. The call stays active.
- Pin: click the pin icon to keep the dialer visible while you click around.
- Drag: grab the header and place the dialer anywhere on screen.
- Position memory: when pinned, the dialer reopens where you left it.
Auto-minimize
When the dialer is open and not pinned, clicking outside it minimizes the window. The call continues; only the on-screen footprint changes. Reopen it from the minimized state when you need call controls.
Pinning
- Click the pin icon at the top of the dialer.
- The dialer stays visible while you click into other Sparkforge sections.
- Click the pin again to unpin, or minimize manually.
Pin the dialer when you are following a call script or updating notes mid-conversation.
Dragging and position memory
- Click and hold the dialer header or drag area.
- Move it to a spot that doesn't cover the records you need.
- Release to drop it.
If the dialer is pinned, the saved position is reused next time you open it.
Where to open the dialer
The dialer opens from the phone icon in the top navigation bar of the Sparkforge web app.
