How to Report Translation Issues from the Sparkforge Interface

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Agency Owners and Admins can report translation issues from inside Sparkforge using the report icon in the top bar. Screenshots are required, and the icon only appears when the platform language is set to a non-English language.

If a string in Sparkforge is mistranslated, awkward, or wrong for the context, you don't need to open a support ticket. Agency Owners and Admins can flag the issue from the page where they see it, attach a screenshot, and submit it for review.

What the feature does

The Report Translation Feedback tool surfaces a report icon in the top bar of Sparkforge. From the page where you see the issue, you submit a quick form with a screenshot, the issue type, and a short description. The product team reviews submissions and updates strings as needed.

Note: The icon is hidden when the platform language is set to English.

Who can use it

Agency Owner and Agency Admin roles only.

Why use in-app reporting instead of a ticket

  • Real-time capture: report from the exact screen showing the issue.
  • Lower effort: no separate ticket queue for routine fixes.
  • Higher quality: mandatory screenshot pinpoints the string and its context.
  • Faster iteration: centralized reports flow straight to the localization team.

Submit a translation report

  1. Confirm you're signed in as an Agency Owner or Admin and your platform language is not English.
  2. Open the page where the translation issue appears.
  3. Click the Report Translation Issue icon in the top bar. The panel opens in your selected language.
  4. Attach a screenshot (mandatory) showing the problem area and where it sits on the page.
  5. Select an issue type — incorrect translation, grammar, formatting, or similar.
  6. Add a short description of the problem and the correct wording if you have it.
  7. Under Where Did You See This?, enter the path. Example: Dashboard > Funnel > Step Builder.
  8. Click Report Issue.

You'll be notified when the reported string is fixed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can submit translation feedback?
Only Agency Owner and Agency Admin roles. The icon doesn't appear for other users.
Why don't I see the report icon?
Two reasons: your role isn't Agency Owner or Admin, or your platform language is set to English. The feature is hidden for English.
What should I include in a translation report?
A short description, the correct wording if you know it, and a screenshot showing the problematic string in context. The screenshot is required.
Will I be notified when the issue is fixed?
Yes. You receive an in-app notification once the reported translation is resolved.
Can I report multiple issues from one page?
Yes. Submit a separate report for each string so reviewers can address them independently.
