Recurring Webinar Setup and Tips in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Recurring Webinar Settings turn a single Sparkforge webinar into an automated series. Set daily, weekly, monthly, or evergreen cadence — registrations, reminders, and analytics stay linked across the series.

Recurring Webinar Settings let one Sparkforge webinar repeat on the schedule you define. Registrations, reminders, and analytics stay linked to the entire series, so attendees register once and get every session.

How It Works

Toggle Recurring on a webinar's Schedule tab. Sparkforge generates future occurrences, points the broadcast page at the next upcoming session, and keeps the same registration link active across every date.

Why Use It

  • Skip manual cloning — configure one series instead.
  • One registration and broadcast link for the whole series.
  • Predictable schedules drive engagement and retention.
  • Patterns cover daily, weekly, monthly, or custom cadences.
  • "No Fixed Time" evergreen option keeps replays available 24/7.

Recurrence Patterns

  • Daily: every X days (every 2 days, etc.).
  • Weekly: every X weeks on specific weekdays (Mondays & Wednesdays).
  • Monthly: a calendar date (the 15th) or an ordinal weekday (3rd Friday).
  • Custom End: stop after N sessions or on a specific date.
  • No Fixed Time: always-on evergreen replay.

Broadcast Page Logic

One broadcast URL serves the entire series. Before each session it shows a countdown; during the live block it streams; between sessions it shows "Next session starts in..." messaging. Marketing assets stay evergreen and links never break.

Setup Steps

  1. Navigate: Sites → Webinars → + New Webinar Funnel (or open an existing webinar).
  2. Enable Recurring: fill in webinar details, then toggle Enable recurring webinar ON.
  3. Pick frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or No Fixed Time.
  4. Configure pattern: e.g., "repeat on the second Monday of every month."
  5. Set end condition: after N sessions, on a specific date, or no end.
  6. Save and publish. Sparkforge populates the broadcast page automatically.
