Manage Multiple WordPress Sites in One Sub-Account

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

You can host multiple WordPress sites inside a single Sparkforge sub-account. Billing tracks each site independently, and the dashboard lets you switch between them in one click.

Sparkforge supports multiple WordPress installs under one sub-account, so you no longer need a separate sub-account per site. Switch between sites without leaving the dashboard, and billing tracks each install on its own line.

What this changes

  • One sub-account, many sites: Add and manage every WordPress install for a client in the same place.
  • Per-site billing: Subscriptions and charges are tracked per site, so invoicing and upsell tracking stay clean.
  • Faster switching: Toggle between sites from the site info screen without backing out to a different sub-account.
  • Upsell visibility: Agency owners can see which sites in a location include hosting upsells and which do not.

Open the new dashboard

  1. Go to Sites > WordPress > All Sites.
  2. The dashboard lists every WordPress install in the sub-account with its current status.

Create a new site

  1. Click Create Site and fill in the required information.
  2. Complete payment to provision the install.
  3. Once active, the site appears in the All Sites view.

Switch between sites

From any site info screen, use the site switcher to jump to another install in the same sub-account. Settings, content, and billing for each site stay isolated.
