Multi-Location Incoming Calls on the Sparkforge Mobile App
The Sparkforge mobile app can ring for incoming calls from up to 10 sub-accounts at once, regardless of which location you are active in. A Location Badge identifies each call, and you can switch into the correct sub-account mid-call.
Multi-Location Incoming Calls solves the missed-lead problem for users active across multiple sub-accounts. Previously, the mobile app only rang for the location you were logged into. Now you can opt in to receive calls from up to 10 locations simultaneously, with a Location Badge identifying each one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I receive calls from more than 10 locations?
No. The cap is 10 to maintain performance and call-screen clarity.
Do I need admin rights to enable this?
No. Any user can opt in for their own account, as long as they belong to the locations they select.
Is this available on desktop?
No. Multi-Location ringing is mobile-only. Desktop receives calls only for the active location.
What if I am already on a call when another comes in?
The call follows your existing call-handling rules — call waiting, voicemail, or whatever you have configured.
Will workflows fire in the correct location?
Yes. Because you switch into the right sub-account during the call, automations and call logs attach to that location.
Does this consume extra phone minutes?
No. Usage bills the same as any standard inbound call to the destination number.
