How to Submit Feedback or Report a Bug in Sparkforge
Open Help & Support inside Sparkforge, raise a ticket, and click the upload field. A full-screen capture attaches automatically so support can diagnose the issue without follow-up.
Sparkforge has built-in tools for sending feedback or reporting bugs. The upload step now grabs a full-screen screenshot the moment you click it, so support sees exactly what was on your screen when the issue happened.
Open the feedback form
- Open any page in Sparkforge.
- Click the Help & Support icon in the top-right.
- Select Raise Ticket to start the support flow.
Route to Technical Support
Sparkforge asks a few quick questions to route the request:
- Select Technical Support.
- Choose the scope (for example, Within a Sub-Location).
- Pick the product area — Calendars, Automation, Conversations, etc.
Once routed, the issue submission form opens.
Automatic screen capture on upload
When you reach the form and click Click to upload:
- A high-resolution image of your full screen is captured automatically.
- The capture happens immediately when upload is triggered.
- No extra steps or settings are required.
How the capture works
- Triggered only when Click to upload is selected.
- Captures the entire screen, not just the active window.
- The browser may prompt for screen-share permission the first time.
After permission is granted, the screenshot attaches automatically.
Why this matters
Most bug reports stall because support can't see what the user saw. The auto-capture closes that gap on the first message — fewer follow-up questions, faster resolution.
