How to Share Funnels with a Custom Domain in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Generate a normal funnel share link, copy the funnel ID from the URL, and substitute it into a template URL on your white-labeled domain to keep imports fully branded.

Funnel share links let sub-account users import a funnel into their own account with one click. By default the link points at a Sparkforge-branded domain, but you can rewrite it onto your own white-labeled domain so the entire experience stays on-brand.

Step 1: Generate the Default Share Link

  1. Open Sites > Funnels.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the funnel you want to share.
  3. Select Share.
  4. Copy the generated link — it looks like https://affiliates.sparkforge.com/?fp_ref=xxxx&funnel_share=6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b.

Step 2: Pull the Funnel ID

From the link above, grab the value after funnel_share=. In the example, that’s:

6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b

Step 3: Build the White-Label URL

Use this template:

https://app.YOURDOMAIN.com/funnels/share/FUNNELID

Replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your white-labeled domain and FUNNELID with the ID you copied. Result:

https://app.whitelabel.com/funnels/share/6438b5b145411d0ce4332f1b

Step 4: Share the Branded Link

Send the rewritten URL to sub-account users. The import flow runs through your domain instead of the default share host.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I still need to generate the default share link first?
Yes. The default link is what gives you the funnel ID required to build the white-labeled URL.
What’s the URL pattern for a custom domain share link?
https://app.YOURDOMAIN.com/funnels/share/FUNNELID, where YOURDOMAIN.com is your white-labeled domain and FUNNELID is the value after funnel_share= in the original link.
Does my white-label domain need to be configured first?
Yes. The custom share URL only works if your white-labeled domain is already set up and pointing at the desktop app.
Can I share the same funnel ID with multiple sub-accounts?
Yes. The same funnel ID works for unlimited sub-account imports — the link doesn’t expire on use.
