How to Generate Schema Markup in Sparkforge Websites and Funnels
In the Website or Funnel editor, open SEO and AI search optimization > Schema Markup, add a schema type via Form View or JSON View, click Validate and Save, then publish the page to make it live.
Schema Markup Generator is a native tool in the Sparkforge Website and Funnel Builder for creating, validating, and publishing JSON-LD structured data on individual pages. Schema helps Google, Bing, and AI systems understand your business type, products, FAQs, articles, events, and more.
Schema Markup Generator is included free in Sparkforge.
What it gives you
- 140+ schema types — LocalBusiness, Product, Article, BlogPosting, FAQPage, Event, Organization, and dozens more.
- Form View — guided fields for no-code setup.
- JSON View — paste or write JSON-LD directly when you need full control.
- Built-in validation — flags issues on save before anything goes live.
- One-click save and publish — schema goes live with the page.
- Multiple schemas per page — combine LocalBusiness + FAQPage on the same page.
Add schema to a Website page or Funnel step
- Go to Sites.
- Click Funnels or Websites.
- Open the funnel or website (or create a new one).
- Click Edit on the specific page or step.
- In the left panel, open SEO & AI search optimization.
- Click Schema Markup.
- Click + New Schema and choose Add Schema.
- In the pop-up, click + Add Schema.
- Select a schema type (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Product, Article/BlogPosting, etc.).
- Add the schema details using Form View (guided fields) or JSON View (paste JSON-LD).
- Click Validate & Save.
- If validation fails, fix the highlighted fields or formatting.
- Save and Publish the page or funnel step to make the schema live.
Schema is page-specific and does not carry over between pages or funnel steps. Add it on every page that needs it.

Most useful schema types for local businesses
- LocalBusiness — name, address, phone, hours, service area. Essential for any physical location.
- Product — prices, availability, ratings, images in search results.
- Service — descriptions, pricing, service areas.
- Review — real customer reviews show as star ratings in search.
- FAQ — Q&As that expand inside Google search results.
- Event — workshops, sales, classes with dates and registration links.
Best practices
- Only mark up content that is actually visible on the page. Never invent reviews or hidden fields.
- Update schema when business hours, prices, or contact info change.
- Use the most specific type available (Dentist over LocalBusiness).
- Combine relevant schemas — homepage can run Organization + LocalBusiness together.
- Cover key pages: homepage, contact, product/service pages, blog posts.
Good to know
- Schema is page-specific and does not auto-carry to other pages.
- It appears in editor preview after saving but only goes live after the page is published.
- AI page generation does not auto-create schema — add it manually after content is finalized.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need technical skills to use Schema Markup Generator?
No. Form View covers no-code setup with guided fields. JSON View is there for developers who want to paste or customize JSON-LD directly.
Can AI generate schema types not in the manual list?
Yes. AI generation can use any valid schema type based on the page content, not just the predefined manual options.
Why do I see schema in preview but not on the live page?
Saving stores the schema for the page. It only goes live after you publish the page or funnel step.
Can I add more than one schema type to a single page?
Yes. Multiple schemas per page are supported — for example LocalBusiness + FAQPage on the same homepage.
Can I paste schema from another tool?
Yes. Switch to JSON View, paste your JSON-LD, then click Validate and Save to check for issues before publishing.
Does schema have to match what's on the page?
Yes. Only mark up content users can actually see. Fake reviews or hidden data can trigger search penalties.
