How to Create and Manage Rooms for Service Scheduling in Sparkforge
Rooms are assignable resources that prevent double-bookings by tying physical spaces (treatment rooms, service bays, studios) to service calendars. Enable Rooms in Calendar Preferences, then create one with name, capacity, and linked calendars.
Rooms in Sparkforge represent physical spaces — treatment rooms, service bays, consultation offices, studios — that can only host one appointment at a time. Tying Rooms to calendars stops the system from booking two services into the same space.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I assign one Room to multiple calendars?
Yes. But if calendar availability isn't aligned across them, you can still hit overlapping bookings. Coordinate availability rules first.
Are clients aware of Rooms?
No. Rooms are internal resources only. Clients don't see them on the booking page.
What if I forget to link a Room to a calendar?
It won't be factored into booking logic — meaning the system can still double-book that space.
Can I rename a Room later?
Yes. Open the three-dot menu and choose Edit at any time.
Is there a limit on how many Rooms I can create?
There's no hard limit, but keep names and assignments organized so the list stays usable.
