Wallet Auto Recharge and Smart Adjustment in Sparkforge
Auto Recharge tops up your Sparkforge wallet when it falls below a threshold. Smart Adjustment increases the recharge amount automatically as your sending volume grows.
Sparkforge bills SMS, email, and phone usage against your wallet. Auto Recharge keeps that wallet funded so campaigns and calls do not stall. Smart Adjustment raises the recharge amount as your usage scales, so you spend less time fighting card holds.
Auto Recharge basics
Auto Recharge uses two fields:
- Recharge Amount — the dollar amount added to your wallet each time it triggers.
- Threshold Balance — the balance that triggers the recharge.
Example: Recharge Amount = $50, Threshold Balance = $25. The moment the wallet hits $24.99, Sparkforge charges your saved card $50 and credits the wallet.
Smart Adjustment
Smart Adjustment watches recharge frequency. If the same recharge amount fires more than three times in any seven-day window, Sparkforge bumps you to the next preset tier (for example, $200 to $500). Larger recharges mean fewer card holds and fewer risk-flag reviews from your card issuer.
Set up Auto Recharge
- Sign in to your agency account and click Settings.
- Open Billing > Wallet & Transactions.
- In Auto recharge with, pick the top-up amount (for example, $200).
- In Balance is lower than, pick the trigger amount (for example, $50).
Disable Smart Adjustment
Important: Disabling Smart Adjustment does not turn off Auto Recharge. It only prevents the recharge amount from auto-increasing.
- In the Auto Recharge tile, click the three-dot menu.
- Select Disable Auto-update.
- Click Yes to confirm.
Failed payments
If your saved card fails, Sparkforge retries the charge up to three times across 24 hours and emails you on each attempt. Service pauses after the final failure.
