Sparkforge Agent Platform Search Tools: Contacts and Conversations
Search inside the Agent Platform finds contacts by name, tag, phone, or address within a chosen location, and Conversation Search returns a read-only view of past chats across every supported channel.
The Search tools in the Sparkforge Agent Platform let agents find contacts, queue them for an agent, add new contacts to a sub-account, and audit prior conversations.
Search Contacts
- Open Search > Contacts.
- Pick the location to load its contacts.
- Filter by first name, last name, tags, phone number, or address.
- Select a contact and click Add to Conversations to drop them into a specific agent's inbox.
Add a Contact
Agents can create a new contact in a sub-account directly from Search > Contacts. The contact syncs to the linked Sparkforge sub-account with the source field set to Eliza_User. After adding the contact, manually assign it to yourself or another agent. The sub-account audit log records the addition.
Add to Conversation
Pick one or more contacts and assign them to an agent from the dropdown. They land in that agent's inbox immediately, ready for outbound engagement.
Audit Log
Select a contact to view the audit trail of every conversation between any agent and the contact, the dispositions assigned, and the dates each happened.
Search Conversations
Conversation Search returns a read-only view of past conversations across every channel the platform supports. It only surfaces contacts that have been worked inside the Agent Platform — conversations that never entered the platform won't appear.
