Sparkforge Agent Platform Dashboard: Locations, Agents, and Assignments

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The dashboard summarizes every location's priority, open conversations, agent status, and unassigned queue. Admins reassign conversations from unassigned or one agent to another using the Go button.

The Agent Platform dashboard is the at-a-glance view for admins and agents. It shows the state of every location, who's online, and which conversations need attention.

What the Dashboard Shows

For each location, you see priority, total open conversations, and the number of unassigned conversations. Admins also see a roster on the right side: every agent, their online status, and how many conversations are open in each agent's inbox.

Unassigned Conversations

Unassigned conversations are not in any inbox, so they need attention before leads cool. Either an admin or an agent assigned to that location can move them out of the unassigned queue.

Reassign Conversations

  1. Click the Go button next to the unassigned count or the source agent.
  2. Pick the source (an agent or unassigned).
  3. Enter the number of conversations to transfer.
  4. Pick the target agent.
  5. Click Assign to transfer ownership.

Use this for load balancing when one agent is buried, when an agent goes offline mid-shift, or to move work to a specialist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can reassign conversations?
Admins can reassign at any time. Agents can reassign within locations they're assigned to.
Can I see which agents are online?
Yes. The right side of the dashboard shows every agent, their online status, and their open conversation count — admin view only.
What does the Go button do?
It opens the reassignment flow for unassigned or per-agent conversations. Pick a source, target, and conversation count, then click Assign.
Why are unassigned conversations a priority?
They sit in no inbox, so nobody is reading them. Reassign them quickly to keep response times low and prevent leads from going stale.
