How to Fix Slow Dashboard Loading in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Most slow-loading dashboards trace back to browser cache, an extension, or a single bad browser session. Work the five steps in order — incognito first, console error capture last.

If a Sparkforge dashboard or module is slow to load for you or a customer, work this five-step flow in order. Each step rules out a common cause before you escalate.

Step 1: Test in an incognito window

Open Sparkforge in a private or incognito window and reproduce the issue. If it loads fine, the problem is browser-side — usually cache or an extension. Move to Step 2.

Step 2: Clear browser cache

Have the user clear cache and cookies, then sign in again.

  • Chrome: chrome://settings/siteData
  • Edge: edge://settings/clearBrowserData?search=cache
  • Firefox or Safari: search the browser docs for clear cache.

Step 3: Disable extensions

Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and session managers commonly break SPA loads. Disable all extensions, reload, and re-enable them one by one to find the offender.

Step 4: Try a different browser

If clearing cache and disabling extensions did not help, try Firefox, Safari, or another Chromium-based browser. A clean browser quickly rules out profile corruption.

Step 5: Capture the console error

Reproduce the slow load, right-click the page, choose Inspect, switch to the Console tab, and screenshot any red error lines. Attach the screenshot when you raise a support ticket — it cuts diagnosis time significantly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my Sparkforge dashboard slow only in Chrome?
Almost always browser-side — stale cache, a session extension, or a corrupted profile. Test incognito first, then clear cache, then disable extensions.
Do I have to sign in again after clearing cache?
Yes. Clearing cookies signs you out. Sign back in and reload the affected page.
What console errors should I screenshot?
Anything in red. Network errors, 4xx and 5xx responses, and uncaught JavaScript exceptions are the most useful for support to triage quickly.
Could a slow internet connection cause this?
It can. Run a speed test before you escalate. If your connection is healthy and incognito is still slow, capture console output and raise a ticket.
