Connect Facebook Business Account to Sparkforge Ad Manager

Sparkforge Ad Manager runs Facebook campaigns through the connected Facebook Business account. The connection requires admin rights on the page and a full set of Sparkforge permissions, otherwise the page will not appear when you try to attach it to a campaign.

Prerequisites

• An existing Facebook Page tied to your business.
• Admin rights on that page.
• If the page lives in a Meta Business Portfolio, admin access in the Business Manager that owns it.

Connect from Ad Manager

1. Go to Marketing → Ad Manager.
2. Click Connect Now. If the account is already connected from Sub-Account Settings → Integrations, you will see all pages where you are an admin.
3. Click Connect to Facebook, sign in with the Facebook account that owns the page, and grant the requested permissions.
4. Make sure every toggle is on and every checkbox is selected. Skipping any of them will block features later.
5. Pick the page or pages you want to use for campaigns.

If a page does not appear

Missing pages almost always come from missing permissions or missing admin rights. Run through both checklists.

Admin permissions

• You must be an admin on the page you want to connect.
• Manage admin access in the page's professional dashboard under Page Setup.
• If the page is part of a Meta Business Portfolio, manage admins in Settings → Accounts → Pages in Meta Business Suite.
• If a different Business Manager owns the page, ask one of its admins to grant you access.

Integration permissions

Allow every permission Sparkforge requests during the connection flow. To audit or restore permissions later:

1. Sign in to the Facebook account that owns the page.
2. Click the dropdown in the top-right and open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
3. Click Business Integrations on the left. (This is on your Facebook profile, not the page.)
4. Use the Active or Removed tab to find the Sparkforge integration.
5. Click View and edit next to it and confirm every permission is on:
   • Manage your business
   • Access leads for your Pages
   • Show a list of the Pages you manage
   • Manage ads for ad accounts that you have access to
6. Click Save.

If you remove any required permission later, the Facebook connection drops. Reconnect before editing or starting a new campaign. Live ads keep running in the meantime.

Add a page admin

1. Sign in to Facebook and go to the page.
2. Click Manage, then Page Access in the left panel.
3. Type the person's name or email and select them.
4. Click Editor or another role from the dropdown, then Add.
5. Confirm with your password.

If you are not Facebook friends with the person, they need to accept the invite before they can manage the page.
