How to Create Live and On-Demand Webinars in Sparkforge
Sparkforge webinar funnels support both Live and On-Demand formats. Create one in four steps under Sites > Webinars: set details, pick a registration form, add the stream or video, and choose a template.
Sparkforge webinar funnels run in two formats: Live for scheduled real-time events and On-Demand for pre-recorded sessions attendees access anytime. Both share registration forms, automation recipes, and the same template library.

Same as Live. Pick from Sites > Forms or build a custom one.

Reminders and follow-ups
Each webinar funnel ships with an automation recipe. Form submissions trigger the workflow, which can send Live attendees reminders 24 hours, 1 hour, and 10 minutes before the session, then follow up afterward with thank-you emails, replay links, and nurture sequences. Edit the workflow from the three-dot menu on the funnel.
Best practices
Live
- Test the stream before going live.
- Pick times that line up with audience timezones.
- Promote early and often.
- Have a backup plan for technical issues.
- Use chat, polls, and Q&A to drive interaction.
On-Demand
- Upload high-resolution recordings.
- Keep videos to 30 to 60 minutes.
- Refresh content periodically so it does not feel dated.
Troubleshooting
- Stream link not working: verify the URL format and test before going live.
- Timezone confusion: show the timezone clearly on registration and confirmation pages.
- Upload fails: check format, file size, and connection.
- Form not capturing leads: confirm CRM integration with a test submission.
