Company Changed Workflow Trigger in Sparkforge
The Company Changed trigger fires a Sparkforge workflow whenever monitored Company fields update. Pick fields, apply operators, and combine filters with AND logic to enroll the right records.
The Company Changed trigger starts a workflow whenever a Company record is updated and the change matches the field conditions you set. Use it to keep automations in sync with the latest company data.
When the trigger fires
- A Company record is updated.
- The update matches one or more field conditions configured in the trigger.
Pick the fields you care about (for example, Industry, Status, or Domain). When those fields change, the workflow enrolls the company.
How to configure the trigger
- Add the trigger. Choose Company Changed as the workflow trigger.
- Select fields to monitor. Pick one or more standard or custom Company fields to track (for example: Industry, Domain, Status).
- Apply operators. For each field, pick an operator: Is not empty fires when the field has any value; Contains Phrase fires when the value contains a specific keyword.
- Add multiple filters (optional). Combine filters using AND logic so every condition must be true before the trigger fires.
- Save the trigger. Companies that meet your conditions enroll automatically going forward.

- Action: Send internal notification
When the Domain field is populated, the workflow fires and the team gets pinged.
