How to Bulk Edit Opportunities in Sparkforge
Bulk Edit lets you update fields across multiple Sparkforge opportunities in one pass. Select records in list view, edit, confirm, and watch progress on the Bulk Actions page.
Bulk Edit Opportunities updates fields across many records at once instead of one-by-one.
Steps
- Open list view. Go to Opportunities > List View.
- Select opportunities. Check the records you want to update, then click Edit at the top.
- Update fields. Pick the fields to change and enter the new values.
- Apply. Click Confirm to push the updates.
- Monitor progress. Open the Bulk Actions page to watch the run, confirm successes, and surface any errors.
