Key Metrics

Average Time

The mean active time per visit across the selected date range and sites. A general engagement indicator across the site.

Exit Before 30s

The share of page visits that ended within the first 30 seconds of landing — bounce rate, in practical terms. Useful for finding short, low-engagement sessions caused by unmet expectations, slow load times, or irrelevant content.

Each visit/session is counted independently. Sessions under 2 seconds are excluded to reduce noise.

How to Access Average Time

  1. Navigate to Analytics. From your sub-account dashboard, go to Sites and select the Analytics tab.
  2. Choose Funnels, Websites, or Webinars. Use the top-left dropdown to pick the data type. Optionally filter to a specific site with the second dropdown.
  3. Set your date range. Use the Date Selector in the top-right.
  4. Open the Average Time card. Scroll down to view percentage of visitors who exited before 30 seconds and average time per session. Hover any column to see per-period detail.
