By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Audit Logs record who changed what across Sparkforge funnels, websites, webinars, and stores. Logs retain for 60 days, filter by module and action type, and export to CSV.

Audit Logs give you a per-module trail of edits, deletions, and configuration changes across Sparkforge sites assets. Use them to troubleshoot, hold the team accountable, and meet compliance requirements.

Where to find Audit Logs

  1. Go to Settings > Audit Logs in the left menu.
  2. Use the tabs or icons to switch between modules: Funnels, Websites, Webinars, or Stores.
  3. Review the entries for the selected module.

What each module tracks

  • Funnels — settings changes, step edits, split tests, deletions.
  • Websites — page updates, structure, content edits.
  • Webinars — scheduling, edits, configuration changes.
  • Stores — store config, product management, e-commerce changes.

Action types recorded

Logs capture the user, timestamp, and event type for actions including:

  • Folder Delete, Move to Folder
  • Funnel Delete, Funnel Settings Change (with or without domain removal)
  • Step Edit, Reorder, Delete, Restore Variation, Delete Variation, Choose Split Test Winner
  • Stats Reset, Page Edit

Deleted Page Builder assets

Audit Logs now record a Deleted entry when key saved Page Builder assets are removed. Coverage includes Section Templates, Global Sections, Universal Sections, Element Templates, and Universal Element Templates. Each log captures the asset name and asset ID.

Filtering tips

  • Filter by Module to scope logs to one asset class.
  • Filter by Action Type (Deleted, Updated, Created) to find specific events.
  • Filter by Date/Time Range within the 60-day window — useful for isolating campaign-launch issues.
  • Use Select Users in the filter banner to scope by username.
